It's time for your accounting firm to feel peaceful & profitable

Let's Fix Your Firm

A 6 month program for firm owners who are ready for change

The Fix Your Firm Method

You know your processes need improvement. You know you need a better tech stack, to raise your prices, find a niche, offer tiers, etc. but there's just so much information out there. Where do you even start? What steps should you take?We end up with analysis paralysis and don't end up doing anything...Sound familar?

The Fix Your Firm program provides a specific set of steps to follow to get your firm where you want it to be with hands-on implementation support and loads of accountability. Here's what you get:

  1. Get paired with a group of 5 other firm owners with similar goals and meet twice a month for 6 months in a confidential, safe space.

  2. Once a month we will meet and work on a step in our program and review/assign homework and the other monthly session will be Office Hours to support you with the homework and implementation.

  3. Meet other firm owners that can become your support system and help you build confidence with holding boundaries with clients and your team.

  4. Led by pros with experience owning a firm, making big changes, selling firms, etc.

Our process

Six Systematic Steps

We start by looking at your current situation and then figuring out who you want to serve and what ways you want to serve them, how much money you want to make, how many relationships you want to maintain (team and clients), then as we go through the steps, you can start shaping things to be more aligned with what you actually want.

  1. Rank Clients

  2. Pricing & Services

  3. Workflow Control & Boundaries

  4. Software

  5. Hiring & Figuring Out Capacity

  6. Marketing
