Rebecca Driscoll is a former firm owner who built, modernized, and sold a highly successful accounting firm. During her ownership, she led major changes in pricing, client selection, technology, staffing, and workflows to create a profitable, sustainable business.Today, Rebecca coaches accounting firm owners on how to make those same kinds of strategic changes in their own firms. She has worked with hundreds of firm owners and is the co-owner of The Collaboration Room, a private online community for accounting firm owners focused on support, strategy, and real-world solutions.

Brenda has been in public accounting for 20+ years and owned her firm since 2011. After years of chaos and exhausting tax seasons, Brenda developed a scheduling process to cap weekly workload, keep hours predictable and eliminate working long hours or weekends. That process combined with value billing and careful client vetting transformed her firm into a profitable lifestyle firm. She has too many hobbies to be working long hours and weekends.
